Morgan Ashley LLP has reached financial close in its latest state of the art Extra Care facility in Leeds
Morgan Ashley Care Developments is delighted to announce that financial close has been reached and work is about to start on a stunning, state of the art 63 apartment extra care facility.
It will provide high quality residential accommodation with care services, shared lounges and dining facilities and will also feature assistive technology and round-the-clock support staff.
This new development will transform a currently vacant Leeds City Council owned site into a buzzing community hub. Construction is due to start on 11th November and is the first of four important extra care schemes in Leeds. Morgan Ashley is delivering the scheme in partnership with Home Group who will be owner/operator of the building once completed in early 2021.
The Leeds projects are part of the City Council vision for extra care housing which is to work with partner organisations to enable the construction of more than 1000 units of extra care housing by 2028 to meet the growing demand for this accommodation type and population forecasts.
