Meet the team
Laurence is the Director of Later Living for Morgan Sindall Investments. Laurence brings a wealth of experience having held senior roles at global accountancy giant EY as well as international construction firms and other fast-growth businesses. Most recently he was the Chief Operating Officer of HBV, a property development business in the specialist supported housing sector in the UK.
Wes is a chartered surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in property acquisition, planning and development. He joined the Morgan Sindall Investments Board in 2018 to lead on all development activity within the Public Private Partnership environment, delivering complex multiphase mixed tenure projects and delivering the business strategy to ensure returns for both client, sister companies and Morgan Sindall Investments. In 2019, Wes became managing director of Morgan Sindall Investments, responsible for overseeing Investments’ development and capital activities.
Adam is a qualified accountant with over 15 years’ experience. Prior to joining the Morgan Sindall Investments Board in 2018 he spent 6 years in other senior finance roles within the wider Morgan Sindall Group. Adam leads and supports the financial aspects of all of our activities, including the support services that we provide to our joint venture projects.
A qualified lawyer, Richard is a Morgan Sindall Investments Board Director and leads on Capital Strategy and Investment Management. Last year he led on the launch of the £100m SHIP fund with the Universities Superannuation Scheme which invests in supported housing across the UK. Richard is also a board member of a number of Morgan Sindall’s property joint ventures with the public sector which deliver regeneration across a mix of uses and residential tenures.
Paul is the Development Director for Morgan Sindall Later Living. Paul has managed the delivery of a number of PPP style projects, including a co-located Health Centre and Primary School in Surbiton, and a new Community Hospital in Eltham. Paul is the appointed Board member on 7 NHS LIFTCos across the country. During his involvement with NHS LIFT, Paul has successfully delivered five large primary care and education developments with a total development value in excess of £45 million.
With over 25 years of experience in construction and infrastructure, David has spent the last 15 years primarily focusing on delivering projects and services within public private partnerships in the UK. David is Operations Director for Morgan Sindall Later Living and sits on the board of HB Villages and hub West Scotland (the Scottish version of LIFT).
