Lovell are delighted to welcome Paula Broadbent as managing director of Lovell Later Living
On April 6th Paula Broadbent joins Lovell to take up her new role of managing director of Lovell Later Living (LLL), beginning an exciting new chapter for both Paula and the LLL business.
Paula is formerly Retirement Solutions Director at ENGIE Places and Communities where she set up the LIFEstyle by ENGIE business. A recognised leader in later living development with an exceptional track record in senior leadership and profitable business growth solutions. In joining LLL, Paula will bring over 30 years’ experience gained in services for older people and the over 55’s market. Paula will lend her specialisms in place shaping, master planning and developing solutions via public private partnerships to accelerate the delivery of housing and services for the over 55’s.

Lovell Later Living recently joined the Lovell brand, integrating with the established Partnerships business to work with their partners in addressing the growing housing crisis for the ageing demographic. LLL will provide aspirational housing solutions fit for later life across all tenures, designing and delivering schemes that truly reflect the UK population and attract people to plan for a healthier and more fulfilling life by right sizing at an earlier age.
As managing director Paula will lead the LLL team strengthening existing and adding new long-term partnerships, shaping places fit for ageing, adding value and offering shared benefits to customers and local stakeholders. LLL will make a significant difference to the quality of life for those who need it most and create longevity of housing and inclusive communities.
